On March 20th, Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center will offer an Outdoor Seminar: Maple Syruping at 3pm. Cost is $10 per person. Interested in making your own Maple Syrup? This seminar will cover everything you need to know for bringing homemade syrup to your table. Adults and youth over the age of 15 are invited to attend (Individuals aged 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult). Reservations are required.

The 27th Annual KDEC Home, Sport and Garden Show has been scheduled for Sunday, March 7th at Decorah High School. The popular show features approximately 80 exhibitors each year, with items and services ranging from home improvement to leisure time pursuits to landscaping. The show will run from 10am-3pm, filling two large gyms at Thomas Roberts High School in Decorah. Sunflower Childcare is expected to present its Pancake Brunch, and kids games and exhibitor seminars will again be scheduled. The event is produced and sponsored by KDEC AM1240 and FM100.5 Radio, Decorah. Admission to the show is free.
