Proceeds from this tournament will support Catholic Charities' programs and services that benefit more than 85,000 people of all faiths in need annually. More than 150 golfers will enjoy a picnic lunch, golf tournament, dinner, live auction and awards. One individual entry fee will provide utilities to a family of four for three months and provide five weeks of rent to a person who would otherwise sleep in their car. One Support Sponsorship will open the door to the only men's homeless shelter in Wyandotte County to 25 men for two weeks.

Ride the first converted rail-trail in Kansas, the Prarie Spirit Trail! The rail trail will be open for fun starting at 7-8:30 am with a Power Breakfast sponsored by Kansas State Bank at Kanza Park. At 9 am there will be a 5 Mile track around Kanza Park, free for all ages in which no registration is required. Registration is required for the following routes: 10 Miles at 8:40 am $15 early, $20 late 20 Miles at 8:20 am $20 early, $25 late 50 Miles at 8:00 am $25 early, $30 late Registration includes power breakfast, event t-shirt, goody bag and trail permit for the day Lunch will be provided for those traveling the 50 miles to & from Garnett. Early registration must be received by June 1, all late registrations & day of will include the additional $5. A percentage of the proceeds will go the Friends of the Prairie Spirit Trail. Inclimate weather will cancel the event. Please call 785-242-1411 day of the event if weather is questionable. Pre-registration deadline is June 1, no refunds in the event of inclimate weather. Minimum number of participants must be reached by June 1 or event will cancel, in which case refunds will be issued.
